About

Richard received an Master's of Engineering in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh in 2005. Prior to joining encoord, he worked in power systems software development and modeling, contributing to both commercial and open-source projects across roles in freelance consulting and industry. At encoord, Richard's role is a Power System Optimization Modeler, developing models to support electric and gas system planning.
